The MS line of inverters is networked and offers many optional features like
auto generator start in addition to monitoring and control heads. It appears
to sit between the Trace line of heavy duty inverters and the Prosine line.
I'd be happy to accept the offer as the MS2600 is in fact their latest and
networked. I have no idea why the Prosine line costs more, but they are
offering you a unit of comparable selling price. Take it and run!

    | My question is, .......... why does the
    | 2.0 weigh 25 pounds and the NEW MS2600 weight about 75?. Was there a
    problem
    | with the 2.0, and did Xantrex do an about-face and go back to the old
    school
    | stuff?
