    Hi Larry,

Awhile back, I wrote about some insert markers made by Osculati which I
bought from Budget Marine in Trinidad. They work well with my stainless anchor
chain on the sailboat. However, that chain is 10 mm DIN766 and although it will
work in a wildcat made for 3/8" BBB, the chain markers will fall out of 3/8"

    dimensions.

    fractional chain.

What do your inserts look like and what size is the chain they supplied them
    for?

    Regards,

    John
