interesting... i hope it was simply because the local instructor / group
just was substrandard and that the course are normally better.
the worst part is that most of those who attended this class must now have a
feeling that "they know" and that they are better boaters.
sad story... but it partially explains what we all witness every sunday.
did they teach how to use life jackets as fenders? i saw no less than 3
boats doing that on sunday.. incl a 40 something sportfish!
