    Michael,

If you mean plexi panels to cover the windows, I can share what Seahorse has.
3/8" Plexiglas cut to fit tightly inside the frame over the existing 3/8"
glass. These plates are not drilled, but are clamped in place with heavy UHMW
clips. These clips are attached to the boat via 1/4" cap screws; recessed nuts
around the periphery of the window accept these screws. There are ten clips
    per
    window (window size approx 2' x 3')

    Regards,

    John
    "Seahorse"

I am looking for any advice the list might have on dos and dont's for
building storm shutters for my pilothouse on my downeast flybridge cruiser.
    I am
thinking of building them before hurricane season starts in earnest in Key
    Largo.
Any advice will be much appreciated.
