Phil is right as usual charts are good about 99%.
It has been pointed out many times paper charts, chart books and gps
electronic charts are helpers. They are good helpers, usually, such good
helpers that we tend to get reilant on them. Just when we start depending
on them to much they are wrong or blow away or crash. We must keep our eye
on the road and continue to be responsible for our actions. Eyes and ears
and proper seamanship should not be supplemental to the charts but the other
way around.
But, oh my, do I love my laptop navigation program.
