T&T: if not NOAA ENC, what?

    Easy for him to say! Apparently he actually read all the gobbledegook...
    C'mon, Gil, real men just dive in and read the instructions later....

    Actually, though, I've been doing some TT archives research from exactly two
    years ago...it's so funny to read the ENC chart comments from back
    then....almost identical to the current set, which,alas, I am guilty of starting when I
    naively thought "...well it's slow today, maybe I'll fuss with those ENC's
    people are talking about...."

    SO IF FREE NOAA ENC ARE NOT YET "READY FOR PRIME TIME" IS THERE ANY OTHER
    SOURCE OF FREE NAVIGATION CHARTS...OR ONLY PAY PER VIEW???
