A lot will depend on where you are in the country, or world, and how
complex the job is. Jeff's 80 footer with weld on zincs is obviously one
extreme. Down here in Chula Vista, south of San Diego, it is $20 or $25 per
zinc, plus the cost of the zincs. If you provide your own zincs some divers
charge more. Funny how that works out. In Tenacatita, MX I did the zinc on
another cruiser's boat for a bottle of wine and a fresh baked loaf of
sun-dried tomato and garlic facatia bread. Others charged two bottles of
wine. It's all matter of the local currency. :)
