    The use of vacuum gages in automotive and marine applications is of interest
    to me. In industrial applications the gageing for a filter of any kind is
    almost invariably a differential pressure gage with lo side connected to the
    output, hi side connected to the input. since both these points are readily
    available to tee into, I don't see the advantage of a vacuum gage.
    Differential pressure gages are available in a huge range of types and prices.
