T&T: vacuum gauges

    I did exactly the same thing...my RACOR vacuum gauge instructions suggested
    no more than 15 feet distance, but mine are about 20 and work just fine. I used
    copper tubing with flexible fuel hose at either end because I could not fit
    hose through my jammed/crammed space between floor and bulkhead ...and I did
    not want engine room vibration,if any, working on my filter to tubing
    connection....
