Should you win, and I would expect you to, given the unprovability of the
claim, I sure hope you will initiate a counter suit against the insurance
company for the loss of use of your vessel for the time involved, legal costs
and punitive damages for the sheer aggravation involved. That's the only thing
that's going to put a stop to this kind of nonsense - finding the bitten bites
back.
