    I anchor just about every night. When it's time to haul anchor, I put the
    boat in gear and power toward the anchor. Next I fire up my IDEAL windlass,
    bring the snubber aboard and bring in the all chain rode with the windlass.
    As the boat passes over the anchor I stop briefly until the anchor breaks
    free, and then resume bringing in the chain. My right hand holds the "fire
    hose" to wash everything down as it comes up.

    Personally, I can't imagine anyone trying to break it out by pulling
    backwards, but I suppose it would be a good "shackle test". ;)
