There is one little problem. Don't domestic emergency services use GPS,
especially to render assistance to people with GPS enabled cell phones? It
is my impression that the AF has a great deal of control over specific areas
that can be denied this service. We would have to deny use of the Soviet
GLONAS system (focused on accuracy off our East Coast) and as they have
stated the EU system when it gets off the ground. Well, I'll leave the LORAN
antenna up now.
