Jeffrey,
I want to make sure I understand. You said "I had no problem getting a high
speed WiFi connection in White Sound, right in the harbor. You could then
use Skype or Dial Pad or one of the other internet/phone applications".
If you can reach a Wi-Fi signal, as you stated you could in White Sound, why
would you then use a cell-phone connection? Most of us use Wi-Fi (when we
can find it) to AVOID paying for cell charges. You said you had found a
Wi-Fi signal but were planning to use a cell-phone connection anyway. Why
would you do that?
Thanks,
Bob Peterson

I had no problem getting a high speed WiFi connection in White Sound, right
in the harbor. You could then use Skype or Dial Pad or one of the other
internet/phone applications. I think they charge about $0.06/minute (or
free to another Skype user).
