    Ken,
    Thanks for the reply.
    I'll check into what the local truck stops have to offer. Call me lazy but I
    really don't want the hassle of installing a compressor and the
    piping/tubing/hose that goes along with a horn that needs compressed air to
    operate. It is also my experience, based on those that have air horns on our
    dock, that you can't put those little compressors just anywhere. They need
    to be as close as possible to the horn or the performance suffers. The guy
    right behind us has a really nice set but because he located his compressor
    a considerable distance from the horns, they sound like a dying calf in a
    hail storm for the first few seconds after the button is pushed.
    Another dock-mate did away with the small compressor all together and now
    uses a Craftsman compressor with a receiver to power his. They sound awesome
    but he's got a good bit of time and money invested.
