Don't know who your insurer is, but the one thing that jumps out at me
is the 1% deductible. In a high cost area like Florida, you really need
to consider increasing your deductible to 2%. Have your agent give you
the savings for that, and then compare that as the cost for the coverage
that it's providing (1% of value).
