I believe this has been discussed before, but I can't find it. I recently docked at the city docks in Morgan City, LA and was unable to use their GFI protected shore power. My boat has galvanic isolators and seem to recall that this combination would not always work. But, I can't remember why it won't work or if there's anything that can be done to make it work.
