I have never had a problem returning a defective item at a West Marine--but I
use the same store 95% of the time and am well known.
I did try and get price match with a printed out internet price on
electronics--and no go. They have always price matched Defender--in fact I
usually keep a Defender catalogue in the car, if necessary--but if you do
price match--no other discounts....
