Okay, now I'm curious as to the rules with respect to designated moorings.
Some are certainly designated on the charts. I would assume, and yes I
probably shouldn't, that the same diligence that should be used to avoid the
mooring bouy would apply to anything moored. Therefore, any visual indicator
(ball or anchor light) would not be required.
Whay say ye experts?
