    Hi Ken,

I do not know that motor so I cannot give "common" leakage causes. I have
worked on a lot of oil leaks though, and sometimes even the larger leaks
can be hard to find. The first thing to do is to clean the engine well, no
wet oil showing. Then run it and watch diligently. Make sure the drip pan
is clean too, so you can see it hitting the pan even if you don't spot it
running off the engine. Shut the engine down a soon as you see oil, and
then try to trace it to the source. If it runs too long oil might get
eveywhere and you will have to clean again. For small leaks you can get a
dye at the auto parts store that can be seen under a black light. That is
    used for slow leaks generally.

Once you have an idea where it is coming from then you can decide if it is
a DYI job, or if you will need to hire it done.

    Mike

    PS- Nice boat name!
