    It could be SEAT. That's a car company, not a piece of furniture. When I was
    living in the UK I owned a SEAT whose components resembled the cast of a WW2
    movie. The car was designed by Fiat, body by Volkswagen, engine designed by
    Porsche, tires by Firestone, electronics from Japan. The engine was a 980 cc
    buzz
    box to qualify for the under 1 liter UK tax and licensing advantages. We got
    110,000 miles out of it. The SEAT was still going strong when we sold it to
    our neighbor's son.

    I suspect than many modern boats are made the same way.
