    I've never tried this on teak, but the standard method of dealing with this
    problem in furniture or wooden floors is to use a very mild solution of oxalic
    acid, which is readily available at paint supply stores. Works on oak,
    mahogany, cherry, etc. Scrub the solution in with a stiff brush after getting
    down to bare wood. Be sure to finish with a good wash of fresh water.
