    my 1970 hatteras 53 MY is insured with boatUS... premium about 2.5% of
    hull value with 2% deduct, 300k liability (500k for spill), east coast and
    bahamas, year round home port in hurricane alley :-)

    fwiw I'm also paying a premium 2.4% for a gas powered 1998 maxum 37 with 4%
    deduct. seems like gas is less of a worry to them than age :-)

    both incl 10% no claim credit and 10% boat course credit
