    Hi Phil: I agree with you. This procedure may be OK for steel ships but not
    for fibreglass (RFP). I do not believe you can get a full bond through the
    hull thickness. Flexing and pounding caused by short seas is an invitation to
    potential disaster. The original listee would be better off removing the
    engine(s) and taking the tanks out of the engine room that way. Regards. Leonard
