The Orinoco Gold 802.11b card most definitely has an external connector for
an antenna. You need to break out a little plastic piece to see it but it
is there.
The Orinico Gold 802.11g card does not, I believe, have this same external
connector. It is important to not confuse the (b) with the (g) version.
I have three of the (b) cards...
