For my thinking about carrying these on board there remains a very basic
issue - so you have an AED aboard, you're at sea or at least a couple of
hours or more away from civilization. The unthinkable happens, you use
the defrib, the patient recovers, then what?? Almost immediate medical
attention is needed what have you achieved?
