Thanks for all the input on oil filters.
It ssems this filter is not popular, at least at the local dealers in western
Massachusetts.
In the future, I will stock up on Baldwins. A Volvo filter was $29.00, what
a ridiculous rip off.
Mcdonnell Marine in CT seem to be great; very acessable, very willing to
yack. I have ordered manuals, impeller, oil sample kits and tranny fluid.
But clearly, in the future I am going to have to find a cheaper source, as
that filter price was SHAMELESS !
Still looking for a used full panel for the flybridge, tach, temp, press &
volts & ignition.
