A friend of mine is interested, after hearing my raves about cruising the
Tennessee River, in shipping (by truck) his Krogan Manatee, to say Knoxville,
rather than going all the way around the ICW. He claims that he's checked
shippers and found that his boat, at 15 ft, is too tall to ship. Gordon and I
feel his info is wrong, that it depends on the height of the trailer and that
he should be able to find a boat trucker who can do it. His width is fine.
Does anyone out there have experience with this and IS it possible?
