That's the big problem with the NVDC being 6 months behind. You have to
return the original to get any changes, and you won't have another original
for 6 months. Do they really expect us to not use our boats for that six
months? I just kept a copy of the old original, along with copies of the
paperwork and the FedEx receipt where I sent it in. Best you can do.
