have been paid. Here, in Virginia, you just have to pay them. I believe
this to be the same case in CA and probably other states as well". No
California does NOT require dual registration/documentation such as you
folks have described. We have Federally documented boats and State
registered boats, none that are both. Which makes sense to me.
