Am I reading the same post as Bob?
I understand the ones I read to say many states DO NOT require that their
Registration numbers, Ex. AL-xxxx-HA, be displayed. I can't find the ones
that says many states "DO require" the display of state registration numbers
on documented vessels. I find some that say that most states do require
registration, and the payment of the "taxes, fees, etc." in that state but
not many that either prohibit or require the display of the state number.
What am I missing?
