Nice little unit but RadioShack used to sell one for about 20-30 bucks.
Theirs didn't do all the fancy stuff but told you the draw in watts as well
as voltage and frequency.
I don't remember the name even though I have one that I use with some degree
of regularity.
I use it mostly to set the speed of the genset so as to get 60 Hz.
