    Sylvain, my french is rusty but I suspect your friend is asking about positive
    or negative grounded systems bawsed on your traduction into "angalis"

    I suggest you contact me directly, this is a very involved concept.
    However a number of companies already makes such a system. I have been working
    with this kind of stuff for many years.
