It won't be a decision made by Nordhavn as Pacific Asian Enterprises
has said it will not, itself, run future rallies across the pond, as
reported at <http://radio.weblogs.com/0137829/2004/08/28.html>.
Personally, I don't see why motorsailers would not be permitted in
future all-make rallies. I'm sure it's something the 2006 organizing
committee will thoroughly discuss.
