Our boat, a 44 Heritage East Sundeck, with lots of windage. We have been
using a FX-37 for several years as the primary with a CQR-45 as the backup. This
past 4th of July we were in Washington DC anchored in the Washington channel
which is a notoriously poor holding ground. The weather on the 4th was foul,
continuous hard rain and high winds (45+) for much of the day. We saw many boats
drag their anchors, and saw 3 break loose and collide with others. The
fortress worked very well and we felt very secure although we did have an anchor
    watch overnight.
    Lou
