When the same thing happened to mine I got advice from Raritan and it
worked. Disconnect the power from the unit and leave it disconnected for
....I think 10 or 15 minutes. It reset itself and worked flawlessly
afterward.
Unfortunately I had purchased a new circuit board that I didn't need, before
I called Raritan.
