That would be problematic with V/F toilets because the suction
splatters the flush--and any salt added to it--all over the inside of
the hose and vacuum tank. Owners rarely if ever leave the pedal down
long enough to rinse out the system anyway...so it's doubtful that
enough salt would actually make it into the L/S to allow it to treat the
waste.
