By "enclosure," I take it you have transparent "isinglass" panels too.
Sunbrella is the only material I would use. My boat has some pieces of
that material I bought nearly 18 years ago when I bought the boat. I
defy anybody to tell the difference in that stuff and some other
five-year old Sunbrella I have. The stuff lasts forever and is color
FAST!
For color, their "Ocean" is the blue you see on most boats - very
popular for very good reasons. It is probably warmer under it that say
a white canvas, but the white tends to let UV rays through.
For my enclosure's actual top, I ordered the vinyl-backed Sunbrella to
make it more water-proof. The side curtains are constructed of regular
Sunbrella and STRATAGLASS, which is a press-polished vinyl making its
surface impervious to lots of things than ruin ordinary vinyl "glass."
Sew all this together with GoreTex thread, and you are good to go.
