Please, Georgs. This experiment of yours and Alex's is not, in the long
run, going to work. Policing a list is a pain, but someone with some
authority has to do it. Let's not wait until the list further deteriorates
and we loose more good people. [See below.]

Hello all -- and goodbye!
I was amazed to see that those in charge of administering this list have
chosen to arbitrarily decide that their own rules no longer apply. I happen
to think it makes sense to ban "Material that does not pertain to voyaging,
cruising and living aboard motor vessels." Some of us have a life, and have
a limited amount of time to spend reviewing the postings. So now, as if we
aren't bombarded with enough politics elsewhere, we are forced to hear the
same old broken record of twisted leftist logic on the Trawler World List.
(Alex Hirsekorn's posting...) Not only does it "not pertain" but it borders
on "Material which libels, defames, abuses or threatens others, or is
inflammatory" as well! No thank you -- I'm outta here!
