    The superscript "2" would indicate 50 square millimeters, which translates
    to a 1/0 cable, I think. That would indicate a square cable roughly 7 mm on
    each side.

    I would stay with the larger breaker as well. Assuming it is working
    properly, the adage "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" seems appropriate.
