I used Ed Rowe & Associates back in 2001 when I purchased my present
trawler, the surveyer was Jonathan Howe, I wasn't overly impressed with
him as he spend far to much time using his cellfone to make and receive
calls . I got a seven page report, quite well put together, naturally he
missed a few things, but nobody is perfect. If you want to consider hiring
him, tell him to switch the fone off while you are paying him.
