    These electric toilets are supposed to be installed with an electric
    solenoid actuated valve on the vent loop. The PO and his yard left that out
    on my Jabsco. Therefore it pulls in too much water. That excess water
    gradually subsides into the holding tank.

    You may be missing that valve also. It is mentioned on the sheet that comes
    with the toilet. It's also in a diagram. Check for wiring and an alien
    object on your anti-siphon loop.
