If you're not sure you're firing on all 4, crack each injector one at a time
and listen for a difference in the engine. If the injector is a sick puppy,
the motor sounds won't change.
Next you might try changing the fuel filter and filling it up with marvel
mystery oil or transmission fluid to see if that changes the equation.
Injector pump timing is possible, but not probable.
