Meguires makes several excellent vinyl cleaners and polishers. One is designed for bringing vinyl windows back and it does a great job. One is an all-purpose cleaner and polisher. I've used both of these with excellent results. They also make a spray cleaner/polisher but I haven't been able to find any. I use either "Plexus" or "201" which are both sprays. I use the sprays every few weeks and use the Meguires when things are getting really neglected and dirty.
