Our yacht club marina has strict rules regarding vessel appearance, junk on
the docks, rowdy behaviour, noisy halyards, etc. The threat of eviction and
expulsion from the club keeps everything neat and tidy.

There is one boat in particular that I will never forget. It had a blue
tarp all over it, which was was framed up with 2x4's and some plexiglass for
windows. The bottom had about 6 inches to a foot of growth on it, and the
prop was so encrusted that subject or body of the message.
