    Doug,

    Given the fact that so many of today's boaters seem to take an overdose of Dumb
    Pills before casting off lines, putting the label "Anchor Down" of the float
    would probably lead many of them to think that you were marking the right
    location for them to drop their anchor.

    About the only marking that they would understand would be one with a skull and
    crossbones, with the label "Poison Hazard - Toxic - Stay Clear".
