<<<< Here are some tactics for organizing boat documentation. Use 3 ring

    binders.>>>>>

We also use those clear plastic page protectors. They are top-loading,
so small papers don't fall out. We can put skinny manuals, warranties,
and other paperwork that comes with "stuff" into the sleeve and it fits
neatly in the three-ring binder without having to punch it. I have
another cloth-covered, zippered three-ring binger for important papers:
documentation, registrations, insurance policy, etc. I slip these
documents into the plastic page protector too. It makes is easy to pull
things out and to back them back where they belong.

We have a notebook for Engine/Propulsion, Electrical, Cabin, Deck, and
Electronics. This system works most of the time.
