Recently there was a thread re the colregs. I did download them and actually
read them . Fact is, as another listee correctly stated, that it is the law to
have a PRINTED copy on board, if your vessel is above 39.37 ft long.
Peggy took the file and printed the regs in bookform and spiral bound it. If
any listee would like Peggy to make you a copy e-mail her directly and she

never been asked for the regs, but "Murphy's law" dictates that I better be on
the side of "Better safe than sorry"! Actually there are quite a few rules
that I did not know! (;
