Here follows a list of minor issues found while tearing a 75' steel
    commercial fishing boat apart.
The gen sets are 3 phase. Not the usual single stuff found on most yachts.
But 2 legs can be run through a small transformer to make 220 single phase
    stuff.
The floor plates in the engine room are made of plywood. I think they will
oooozzz oil until hell freezes over. I don't have time for that. We have
been using Tide detergent to convert the muck into royal muck.
The fish hold is 3 layers. 3 inches of surface cement covering up to 10
inches of foam blocks, not glued together, with 3 inches of cement
    protecting the steel hull.
The wiring system is Byzantine, under the category, don't ask, don't tell.

    More later.
