New to these boards but I thought I would chime in:

My wife and I considered naming our last boat "Collision Course" ...but
after considering hailing, thought better of it.

Our story is that my father-in-law (a former Woods Hole oceanographer) named
his daughter after the Andrea Doria...and I am a Swedish American...so at
our wedding he quipped " I guess this means that the Andrea Doria has been
    sunk by the Swedes again!"

We ended up naming the boat "Radar Luv"

    Cheers!
