We like those folding aluminum chairs with canvas seats and backs. The
ventilation makes them cool during the summer. Also, lots of folks around
here use those folding canvas chairs from the outdoor stores, Target, Wally
World, etc. They are very comfy, and fold up into a tube about 5" in
diameter.
